Get ready to build strength, endurance, and definition with this high-intensity total body assault — an absolute favorite of KSFIT App Athletes. Relying heavily on form-focused, highly curated layered movement progressions and compound exercises, Stoked Shred 360 offers a unique flow approach to high-intensity interval training that will challenge your body in an effective, safe, and intelligent format.

4– 4:45 p.m. Stoked Fine-Tuning Fiesta
Time for the party, before the party! Stoked Fine-Tuning Fiesta will hone in on all the sweet spots, including a strong focus on deep core and time under tension abdominal work. This workout will conclude with a rejuvenating mobility series in flow format, diving into the importance of moving freely through the full range of a joint — so you can move well with the long game in mind.
8– 9 p.m. Sound Bath & Meditation

The grand finale! Conclude your "Stoked on the Ranch" workouts with Stoked Strength 360 — the ultimate full-body, high-intensity, low-impact strength workout that relies heavily on form-focused, creative movement progression. Each block of work includes a dumbbell strength exercise, an isometric hold using the same focus muscle groups, and core/mobility-focused flows. End your Canyon Ranch experience feeling stoked strong from head to toe!
